    Using the SHAKEST machine is easy: Select your desired product on the touch screen. Complete the payment using a credit card, debit card, or contactless payment method via the Nayax system. Place a cup in the designated area. The machine will dispense the powder, add water, and mix your shake. Then, your freshly prepared shake is ready!
  • Can I use the machine if I have health conditions?
    If you have any pre-existing health conditions, such as heart issues, diabetes, or kidney problems, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before consuming any supplements like protein or pre-workout. Shakest isn't responsible for conditions occur due to the user's health problems.
  • How can I check the ingredients in the products?
    The ingredients and allergen information for each product are not displayed directly on the machine. It is your responsibility to check the ingredients and allergens of the products before purchasing or consuming them. Please refer to the packaging or the brand's website for full ingredient details.
  • Can I get a refund after making a purchase?
    All sales are final, except in cases of machine malfunction. If the machine fails to dispense a product after payment, or you are experiencing other issues, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.
  • What products can I buy from the SHAKEST machine?
    We currently offer two fresh, high-quality shakes made from premium powders: Protein Shakes for post-workout recovery Pre-Workout drinks for an energy boost before your session Creatine drinks for performance improvment and muscle mass increase

    Our machines are monitored in real-time, ensuring they are restocked as needed. We ensure that fresh products are always available to meet customer demand.
  • Are the shakes safe for people with allergies?
    While our shakes are made with world-class brands, some products may contain allergens such as milk, soy, or gluten. SHAKEST is not responsible for any allergic reactions, and it is your responsibility to ensure the product is safe for you to consume.
  • What should I do if the machine doesn't dispense my shake after payment?
    If the machine malfunctions and does not dispense your shake, please contact our customer support at contact@shakest.com . We will investigate the issue and provide a refund if necessary.
  • Is the machine clean and sterile ?
    Yes, our machines are equipped with self-cleaning systems to ensure hygiene. We also perform regular maintenance and cleaning to keep everything in top condition.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    The machine accepts credit cards, debit cards, and contactless payments through the Nayax payment system. We do not accept cash at this time.
